I'm so excited about this Christmas gift from Strath – the Criterion Collection edition of L'Avventura, starring the incomparable Monica Vitti.
It's such a beautiful and lonely film. I can't wait to put it in on Saturday – the perfect accompaniment to my inevitable New Year's Day hangover.
